A student-of-the-week certificate rewards effort and behavior, not just top grades — which is exactly why it motivates. Recognizing a specific thing the student did well (helping a classmate, improving at reading) makes the honor feel earned and repeatable.

How to use it: Edit the body to name what the student did well this week. Print a stack with the same border and color and just swap the name and reason for each new week.
